AQUALEASE™ 75 is a concentrate of silicone polymers that provides improved rust protection and an improved release layer. It has been specially developed to separate synthetic and natural rubber, microcellular and solid polyurethane elastomers, epoxy resins and thermoplastic casting resins. A thin film is sufficient to ensure excellent release properties with no or very little mould maintenance. It is an inexpensive and well suited replacement for release agents with organic solvents. AQUALEASE™ 75 offers numerous advantages in application:
(1) water-based
(2) excellent release properties
(3) no residue formation
(4) no volatile solvents
(5) Low environmental impact
(6) Low mould maintenance
